Leroy is the Chef and Owner of Leroy’s Catering Services. In 1990 he graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from the Culinary Art Program. Following graduation, Leroy went on to achieve his Canadian Red Seal Certificate. From 1990 – 1995 he worked in an institution as a Food Service Manager and from there he went on to work in areas such as banquet halls and restaurants, in which he held titles such as Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef. Leroy is knowledgeable in preparing various types of international/national dishes. His ultimate goal is to provide his customer with the freshest and tastiest foods possible, while maintaining a courteous and friendly relationship.
